
Grinding machine powder selection system
The fine sorting machine of the grinder powder selection system is a new generation of high-efficiency sorting equipment independently developed by Guilin Hongcheng. It mainly includes LFX series sorting machines and FW series sorting machines, covering powder sorting functions from 80 mesh D97 to 3000 mesh D97. Open circuit system:
The material is quantitatively fed into the feeding pipeline through the feeder, mixed evenly with the system air, and then enters the classifier through the lower feeding port. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the pulse collector with the airflow. Coarse particles carry some fine particles down the cylinder wall to the secondary air, where they are washed by the secondary air to separate coarse and fine particles. Fine particles rise to the classification area for secondary classification, while coarse particles descend to the discharge port and are discharged.
Closed circuit system:
The material is quantitatively fed into the feeding pipeline through the feeder, mixed evenly with the system air, and then enters the classifier through the lower feeding port. Fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone collector with the airflow. After collecting the fine powder, the airflow returns to the classifier again, forming a closed circuit. Part of the circulating airflow enters the residual air pulse and is discharged after dust removal. Coarse particles carry some fine particles down the cylinder wall to the secondary air, where they are washed by the secondary air to separate coarse and fine particles. Fine particles rise to the classification zone for secondary classification, while coarse particles descend to the discharge port and are discharged.
